Are you currently an undergraduate student interested in learning about I-O Psychology and workplace diversity as well as gaining research experience?

We are looking undergraduate research assistants that:
​
1) Have at least 3.0 GPA
2) Are able to commit to at least 2 semester of research assistance
3) Have taken PSYC 200 and 201 (Principles of Psychology I and II)
4) Have taken/ will take PSYC 300 and 301 (Research Methods I and II)
4) Are able to take PSYC 499 (Research Experiences) for work in lab
5) Are detail oriented and eager to learn about research and psychology

Prior research experience preferred but not required.

We are currently seeking undergraduate research assistants for the academic year of 2023- 2024. There is a mix of in-person and remote work available in this lab, depending on the availability of individual research assistants.

If you are new the field of I-O Psychology, check out this site for the professional organization of the field: Society of Industrial-Organizational Psychology (SIOP). If you are currently attending UoC, you are also highly encouraged to take PSYC 321 for a overview of field.
